It's never too early to work on physicality with your littlest ones! These classes are an incredible way to bond with a child as well as build extreme confidence in your movements with them and assurance that you are helping to support their physical development.

PLEASE NOTE CLASSES ARE DIVIDED BY LEVELS. WHEN REGISTERING PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR CHILD IN THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL. 

JELLYFISH :

Kids who minimally can sit up, can push up and have neck control. Kids who are (starting to) roll back and forth & could be beginning to crawl (5-10 months old) 

TEDDY BEARS :

Kids who can crawl and can or are starting to pull themselves up to stand, and can cruise (8-13 months)

KOALAS:

Kids who can cruise and walk (10-18 months)

MONKEYS:

Kids who can walk unassisted can or are beginning to run (14-36 months)

DINOSAURS:

Kids who are great at following direction for a class with limited parental participation, they can run & jump very well unassisted (18-42 months)

A super fun mini music and movement class for the littlest of kids to enjoy! We meet them where they are at and run with it! Simple following songs, bubbles, fun props, all help encourage the babies love of music!

This class is an intro into all the various types of martial arts. The children will be able to learn about each one, learn respect and discipline, in a highly physical engaging and FUN environment. The class fuses Martial Arts with Gymnastics to empower kids to safely be the Ninjas they are in their minds!

This class teaches very important concepts of anti bullying, self defense, empowerment, teamwork and respect!

Creative Movement is wonderful way for kids to expllore movement through music, drama, games & fun! This type of a class will develop physical skills, get the imagination firing and promote creativity. These classes help children learn about their bodies, the space around them, and each other. It will help reinforce wonderful social skills like listening to their friends in a fun and safe environment!

This mini dance class is FUN FUN FUN! Bring your 2 year old and get moving! Using popular hits, and classic faves we will get you and your little one moving, grooving, smiling and having a blast using following songs, games and of course BUBBLES!

This  recreational class that will teach kids all levels of tumbling starting with the basics for our Mini tumblers and working their way up!

The class focuses on the "floor" element of gymnastics exclusively so the participants will work their way up from front rolls, to back rolls, teddy bear stands to headstands to handstands, cartwheels, round offs, handsprings etc.. As well as overall flexibility and coordination. 

*Barefeet and form fitting clothing required. No other uniform requirements.

Llearn new circus style skills such as juggling, flower sticks, poi, diabolo and more all while improving focus, coordination, balance, ambidexterity and reduced anxiety.  

Participants will learn how to get into their personal  flow so they can excel in whatever activity they are engaging in.

An open, non structured time frame where kids can play freely in the space and explore the art activity of the day! Caretakers supervise, and socialize with eachother as they supervise the kids within the space! Music and bubbles always included! 

Learn dance in the most fun and recreational environment. Kids will have a BLAST while learning the foundation of each style of dance. Wait until you see their moves! 

ACRO Dance is a hybrid of Dance & Gymnastics- the best of BOTH worlds!

NO OTHER UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

Children explore the foundations of theatre with games, acting, improvisation, music and movement. This class encourages a positive self-image and helps students take risks on stage while building confidence on stage and off. Students will develop their own characters and create their very own unique play/musical number throughout the term. 

REC Chefs is a super hands on creative cooking class meant for the littlest of hands! Under the supervision and direction of our amazing instructors kids will get to learn basic food making principles and to enjoy the fruits of their labor!

The kids will learn so much about art through exciting weekly painting activities in a dynamic, fun, nurturing environment in our Mini REC space!

We place a strong emphasis on nurturing each child's artistic expression and understanding of the arts. As part of our approach, we integrate the works of renowned artists such as Picasso, Monet, and Van Gogh, providing valuable insights into textures and mediums. Through these experiences, we aim to cultivate a deep appreciation for art and enhance the artistic development of each young participant.
