Are you interested in booking a party with us? We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Here is some information that might help you with the process!

We have a few locations where we can host your party.

ADD ONS

ALL ADD ONS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY. SOME OF THEM CAN BE BOOKED DIRECTLY ONLINE.

ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED THE PARTY EMAIL US TO CHECK IF THESE ADD ONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR DATE.

 

Face Paint- $225+Tx (1 hour)

Glitter Tattoos -$225+Tx (1 hour)

Coloring Table (black and white pages, crayons, markers, themed a per your request)- $25+Tax

Playdoh Table (multiple colors of new play doh, many playdoh tools)- $25+Tax

Themed Simple Art Activity (ex: crown making, DIY pencil case, superhero masks) - $18-30+ tax per child

Activity with Jeremy (ninja, sports, superhero, mini gym) -$250+tax*

Gymnastics, Sports or Dance Activity- $150+tax*

Princess or Superhero Visit- $200+tx

Magic Show- $305+Tax

Reptile Show- $275+Tax

PLEASE READ: BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

In booking any IN PERSON birthday parties with us in any location  you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 

 

Staff members are responsible for:

- Receiving client

- Showing them where they can place things and what they can use (example tables, fridge, garbages)

- Maintaining disinfecting of washrooms and food area pre and post party

- Receiving all guests and ensuring they have filled out all COVID questionnaires, have had passports scanned, have disinfected, are wearing masks (everyone over 10 years of age), have removed shoes & signed it properly. 

- Staff members are NOT responsible for overseeing the safety of the kids in the gym, or providing animation or activity, nor are they permitted to serve or clear anything for the guests. Staff will be masked at all times. 

Clients are responsible for:

- Bringing in, organizing, setting up, serving, clearing and cleaning up of all their own supplies/food/decorations

- Clients and their guests are responsible for all supervision of children within the space at all times. 

- Mes Petites Pommes (2013) Inc., /Le REC Room is NOT responsible for the safety of the guests within the space at all times. 

 Capacity:

Each space has a legal capacity that must be respected. 

CAPACITIES:

Ferrier= 50-60 people 

ACC Gym= Suggested 30 people

Mini REC Upstairs = 25-30 people

In these numbers ALL people are included; Adults, Children of all ages, Babies, Newborns, and all staff and animators.

No eating/drinking anywhere other than designated eating areas.

No shoes inside Mini REC, or Ferrier Spaces AT ALL. The ACC gymnasium REQUIRE indoor running shoes.

 

ADD ONS AVAILABLE, Price based on type of activity and availability

All activities will be 30-45 minutes long depending on age of participants.

SETUP & CLEANUP

Clients may arrive 30 minutes prior to their party to set up 

Clients will be given a maximum of 30 minutes post party to clean up & depart

​

FOOD:

Clients can bring in and order in their own food.

All food must be nut free

 

COVID Policies:

- All guests/Families must sign in upon entry

- As of March 14, 2022 No Vaccination passport required. 

- All guests must disinfect hands upon entry

- All guests must remove all shoes prior to entry

- All guests must answer COVID questionnaire upon entry

- Client is responsible for ensuring their guests follow all of our rules and regulations

- We reserve the right to remove any client or guest if we feel rules and regulations are not being respected

CANCELLATION:

- In the event of new regulations imposed by the government due to COVID 19 that prohibit us from holding parties we will REFUND your payment in full.

- In the event of illness (with medical note) $50 admin fee will be kept, and the balance of the party fee will be refunded. Client will be permitted to reschedule their party within 12 months from the original booking date, if they do then the admin fee will be applied to the new date.

- All other cancellations will not be refunded.

- If a client would like to reschedule a date they can ask us, but must do so at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid a penalty. The reschedule will be pending availability.
